Vision Connect | Glass balustrades with pre-assembled posts

Our glass balustrades with pre-assembled posts means there is no drilling, no bolting on of glass clamps and no welding of base plates. They are easy to maintain and resistant to rust, so they are ideal for use indoors and out. With options such as round posts or square posts, handrail or no handrail, there are a variety of options for you to consider to best suit your project.

As well as many different hand rail options, we are also able to supply either glass or wire infill options for the Vision Connect range. Depending on the application of your glass balustrade we will recommend either internal or external to ensure the stainless steel used is suitable for the outdoor or indoor environment. The system itself is installed as either bolt-down, concrete-in or side fix – if you’re unsure which is best for your glass balustrade project, get in touch with our team who will talk through your options. Finally, the thickness of glass used within the Vision Connect range can be either 10 or 12mm.

Our pre-assembled balustrade systems are fully customisable, meaning you have complete control of your design requirements. Round or square posts can be used in conjunction with a comprehensive range of compatible post tops and fittings, which means that a square post can be used in combination with a round handrail, for example. You can also opt for a semi-frameless system which omits the top rail, making for a less obstructed view. The finish for the metal post and rail components can either be Satin (matte) or Mirrored.

Panel Infil options

Our pre-assembled system is compatible with either glass or wire panel infills, with each providing their own merits across appearance, safety and cost. The infill will arrive onsite fitted to the posts – with all appropriate wire connectors and post clamps –  making for a fuss-free installation that’s fresh out of the box.

Glass Panels

Our glass panels are available as standard monolithic or PVC laminated panels for enhanced shatterproof properties. Further versatility from the Vison Connect range comes in the way of unique glass fences and gates, helping to achieve continuity throughout your pre-assembled glass balustrade system. We also have a wide variety of colours to help you achieve your desired look with clear, opaque, bronze, grey and green to choose from.

Wire Infills

Wire infills are more cost-effective than glass panels but still address safety and reduce the overall visual impact of the balustrade. As well as being distinctly modern, wire infills require less cleaning than glass infills. At Vision Systems, we use a robust 3mm stainless steel strand wire which won’t rust or stretch, providing you with a stylish and secure pre-assembled balustrade system for years to come.
